Bio: I moved to Boise in 1995 from my home state in Wyoming. I attended Boise State University and Walden University. I earned my Masters Degree In Mental Health Counseling in 2013. My approach as a therapist is to use direct communication with clients along with empathy and compassion. I have tools to share to assist with symptoms of mental health and professional help using evidence-based practices with life changes and challenges. I work with individuals, couples, LGBTQ plus and I also am trained in EMDR to treat trauma, I have facilitated support groups in the past.
